Hula + Housing = Big Ideas and Bold Futures
Join us for an evening of conversation and connection as we explore the South End Coordinated Redevelopment (SECORD) partnership and the Ride Your Bike housing project—a transformative community housing project led by Hula founder Russ Scully, located on Lakeside Ave.
This gathering will bring together lawmakers, state and local officials, housing project partners, and members of the Hula community to discuss how public policy and housing growth are shaping Vermont’s future. With plans for up to 1,400 new homes, Ride Your Bike aims to create an affordable, sustainable, and connected community— reducing car dependency and fostering stronger local ties.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with policymakers, meet Hula members, and discover the innovative businesses growing within the community.
