Cooking Class - Learning to Make Goblaki - Polish Stuffed Cabbage

Richmond Community Kitchen is offering different cooking classes almost every week. From the basics to the exotics, join our esteemed chef instructors for some hands-on time in the kitchen. Classes are limited to 12 so you will have your own cooking station and hands-on support to learn something creative and delicious! This week, Luiza is back with another Polish delight - Goblaki. Gołąbki consists of tender cabbage leaves stuffed with rice, onions and mushrooms and then topped with a savory tomato sauce. Meat versions have a combination of pork and/or beef. Luiza will be talking about how to get the most out of this versatile dish, while you get to enjoy making them, eating them, and taking some home!
