Mindful Resolutions 2018

Come set your intentions for 2018. Join Susan Whitman, PA-C and Duke Certified Integrative Health Coach for a day of reflection, inspiration, and mindfulness. We will be thinking about lessons learned in the past year and imagining what is possible in the year to come through interactive exercises. We will also be sharing inspiration in different areas of health, including nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and more. Take a moment this new year to set some mindful intentions for the year to come. Leave more grounded, connected, and inspired to bring on the new year.
Retreat price includes farm to table lunch and two private 30 minute follow up coaching sessions after the retreat to help you keep those promises to yourself!
